Members of the Ellen Kent Friends Club will pay Dual Control International Limited the sum of £10 for an annual membership. This includes VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. Cheque payments are to be made payable to Dual Control International Limited and need to be sent to: Ellen Kent Friends Club, The Admirals Offices, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ. In exchange for the membership subscription, Ellen Kent Productions will provide:

• One programme voucher during each year of membership – this will entitle the member to one Ellen Kent souvenir brochure/programme which will be the value of £5. Please present voucher to a programme seller at an Ellen Kent production in exchange for a programme. Subject to availability and may not be available at all venues.

• Twice yearly newsletters during each year of membership – Newsletters created by Ellen Kent International will be sent to all members on a twice yearly basis.

• a personal membership card during each year of membership - a valid membership card will entitle members to exclusive discounts across most theatres. Offers are subject to availability and may not be available at all venues. Each membership card will contain an expiry date, expired cards will be invalid. (Please see further details on discounts below)

• Priority mailings during each year of membership – mailings will be sent to all friends of Ellen Kent. Information on any upcoming Ellen Kent Productions will be provided in these mailings

Members will be entitled to some discounts for Ellen Kent Productions; these discounts will only be available to those with a valid membership card.

Discounts will not be the same in all venues and are not guaranteed to be available in all venues. You are advised to contact the relevant theatre before booking to check which offers are available.

Discounts are only given when a valid membership card is presented or a valid membership number/password is stated.

Not all discounts will be available online.

Not all discounts will be available on all ticket prices and there will be a limited amount of tickets each member can purchase with discounts.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or concessions and can not be applied to tickets already purchased.

All discounts are subject to change and availability.

There will be a limited amount of tickets available in all venues.

Ellen Kent Productions reserves the right to reject an application for membership or to terminate a member’s membership at any time due to misconduct. No refund would be given in these circumstances.

Your becoming a member of our Ellen Kent Friends Club constitutes an offer to us. A contract is created when we accept your application by sending you a confirmation letter of your membership. You must not disclose or sell or transfer the membership to any third party. Any membership made in breach of this clause shall be void. By becoming a member of ‘Ellen Kent’s Friends Club’ you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. Ellen Kent International accept no responsibility for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in this scheme.
 

Cancellation Policy

No refund or exchanges can be made once the membership fee has been accepted by us. The membership is valid for one year, after which we will contact you prior to its expiry in time for your membership renewal. It will then be the member’s responsibility to renew their membership by paying the relevant fee before the expiry date.
 

Privacy Policy

Ellen Kent International understands the importance of your privacy and will not pass ANY of your details onto any third party without prior consent. All personal details are kept on “Ellen Kent Production’s” database and will be used solely for correspondence about events and Ellen Kent Productions. There is an opt-out facility available – please contact the Ellen Kent office if you wish your details to be removed.
