CARMEN IN A BULL RING COMES TO LEEDS CASTLE
Carmen as you have never seen it before is restaged in a bullring for a new spectacular twist to Bizets famous and seductive opera is coming to Leeds Castle, Kent in August 2008.
Leeds Castle will be transformed into a Spanish spectacular reminiscent of the real bullrings in Spain with flamenco dancers, currently performing in the Royal Opera Houses production of Carmen, bull fighters, a team of four performing horses and a brass band.
Amphitheatre productions will bring you a touch of Arena Di Verona and the famous Seville bullring.
This production will be performed by handpicked international soloists alongside the full Chisinau National Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus.
